From Rimouski, Steven Bourgeois is an internet pionneer of the 1990's and has been a web entrepreneur since, moved to France in 1999 and sold his European company in 2004 to become an Internet Consultant. Currently re-orienting his life after consulting 5 years in Asia for various projects, TLC is the result of a 2 years research & development and hopefully will be the last project of an happy carreer.

From Cambodia, So Sovath is a Procurement Consultant for the projects funded by the World Bank since 2005 and his currently employed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as Procurement Training and Certification Expert to assist the Royal Government of Cambodia. He desire nothing more to change life, he commited himself to TLC and is ready to start now.

From Italy, Mrs Anna is currently "between two" and would like to lead the CPL fundraising platform. Her experience range from project management, strategy planning, partnership building, reporting and updating.
