I founded the gluten free chef in Nashville, TN in 2012. the gluten free chef is a way for me to blog about my adventures as a gluten free foodie, cook, and baker. It is my goal to continue to raise awareness for celiac disease and gluten intolerance both in Rochester and beyond. I bake delicious baked goods and provide recipes and weekly menu plans to help everyone see just how simple and delicious gluten free cooking and baking can be.
