Amy Pucci (see attached CV) knows what it takes to run a small business. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Pucci was put to work at a young age working all aspects of her family-owned business. She has gained over ten years of customer service experience and has developed a keen knack for turning a customer into guest. Her warm approach, good rapport with clientele and efficiency gained Pucci a salon managerial position.

Crystal Hart entered the makeup artistry and fashion design scene in 2002 working with companies such as AVEDA, MAC and DIOR. Her talent, as well as her passion for style and beauty led her to a position in 2006 as a Make-up Director while completing her B.A. in Social Sciences at the University of Ottawa. Eventually she became the Business Manager for a local salon caring for all internal duties - accounts, staff, inventory, marketing, etc.
