She has created budgets for multiple properties (simultaneously), overseen accounts receivable and payables. She has managed multiple staffs in separate locations. Susan has also been asked to visit corporate offices to consult and make recommendations. She is well-respected in the radio business.

Zak has been in the radio business for over 20 years. He has worked in all aspects and has an extremely well-rounded view of the business. Zak has been in management for over 10 years, as Production Director, Imaging Director, and Program Director. Zak was also the morning show host at Sirius Satellite Radio's 'New Country' channel, with an estimated 4 million listeners each week. As Morning Show Producer at WSIX, he made countless contacts.
