The Archive Tasting Room is an educational, tasting-oriented lounge surrounded with casually elegant designs reminiscent of historic libraries and study halls. The combination of our educational tasting menus and unique historical atmosphere provides an unparalleled culinary experience that will ignite the "foodie" imagination and excitement of our guests.

The Archive hosts a wide variety of events both large and small throughout the year. From guest winemakers, brewers, and distillers to holiday parties and dinner series, events at The Archive are often educational in nature, occasionally for members only, and always an adventure.

Tasting Experience:

The Archive provides a relaxing, non-intimidating atmosphere that provides both drinking aficionados and newbies the opportunity to select from an impressive collection of wine and craft beer. Our educated staff is available to help guide guests through unique tasting experiences creating lasting memories from every visit.

Why have one drink when you can have three, four, or five smaller drinks? Not to mention you will also hopefully learn a thing or two about the flavor profile of a particular beverage by sampling its variations, and get more bang for your buck!

Each beer or wine flight comes with a unique presentation and information card describing the item which allows guests to easily compare what they are drinking- food pairing options are available upon request. Our staff will also keep a log of our guest's favorite tastings so we can keep track of tastings and have notes for their next visit.

Rotating Exhibits:

Flight will feature rotating exhibits on various culinary and "foodie" topics that will be featured on the tasting menus and in our educational classes. There will be a chalkboard art wall in the lounge reserved for featured exhibit information.

Example Exhibits: regional wine features, specific wine and beer styles, craft beer themes, dessert wines, cooking with beer & wine, etc.

Educational Classes:

Through our weekly tastings, special events, and classes, guests can learn firsthand from our industry experts and special guest instructors.

Each weekend, our team picks a different tasting theme. The classes include expert instruction, special tasting selections, tasting sheets, educational materials and special discounts on the products presented.
