We're serving customers that want to participate in fitness classes but are turned off by traditional memberships options. Monthly memberships and class passes expire and can't be transferred. Most of us can only afford one membership which doesn't suit our need for variety. What we want is to pay less than the walk in rate, have variety, and do it by easily redeeming credits via a mobile app.
