He was previously the "Funding Coach" for Entrepreneur magazine and started the Forbes list of America's Most Promising Entrepreneurs. At TVA, Jim was the principal architect for the analytical process used to score the potential fundability of any private equity company, in any market niche and at any stage of growth.

Elliot B. Reiff, a 25-year veteran in the areas of finance,investment banking and senior management, is a co-founder of TVA and serves as its COO and CFO. Mr. Reiff supervises all financial aspects of TVA, from operations to financial management and planning. Mr. Reiff also held executive-level positions for 12 years at Geneva Companies, the nation's leading provider of M&A services to middle-market entrepreneurs.
