Monique has over 17 years of experience working with youth and families from various walks of life, cultures, and financial backgrounds. Her primary focus has been in academic and social enrichment for youth. She has experience in program development and management of youth programs including: academic support, recreational activities, community outreach and aftercare services. She also serves on a variety of community boards.
