Avi Gallant graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Finance in 1999. Over the past 15 years, Avi has worked in the food and beverage industry developing his skills in business analysis and development, complex financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic long term planning. An avid and seasoned music fanatic, Avi has attended hundreds of live music events across the globe. Avi co-founded The Untz in April 2009.

Matthew Thomas has a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Matt has extensive work experience in operations and warehouse management, spanning both the wholesale and retail sectors. Since an early age music has been his passion, from making mix tapes and playing instruments to attending concerts and promoting events. Matt co-founded The Untz, intent on creating the most comprehensive website for electronic dance music fans.

Anand Harsh has worked in nearly every facet of the media. At age 16, he joined WBAA, public radio from Purdue, as an announcer and reporter. While at WBAA, he combined his extensive background in music journalism and performance, to become producer and host of a local music show. Upon graduation, he received a scholarship from the Indiana Broadcasters Association, and continued his studies at Indiana University, receiving a M.A.T. in Journalism.
