Company Summary

We provide services to the general public related to travel services. We also provide 24 hour a day emergency assistance and mediation between the public and travel vendors to help resolve conflict. Our agency is staffed 24 hours a day by local and national independent contractors; our phone system is a virtual system that allows for someone to be on call 24/7/365. We know of no other traditional agency that provides any of these services.

    I have been in the travel industry since December 2001. I have owned and managed my own agency since then. I have also been a front desk manager for several hotels and know how this portion of the travel industry works. I am currently getting my BS in Hospitality and Tourisim.

    I have been in the industry alongside the CEO since December 2001. I have held the position of COO and VP in the business. I have an extensive background in management in fast food as well as the travel industry.

    I joined The Travel Defender in March 2012; I was selected for this position because of my extensive managerial background from retail, fast food and others. I am currently getting my BS in Management.
