Christopher Davis-Murai is from Sacramento and has worked as Executive Chef for 15 years in restaurants. He is well traveled, having taught cooking in San Francisco, a cooking show on KSEE 24 Fresno, and was a personal Chef for the Cabot-Lodge family of Maine. Having worked in the top restaurants in Sacramento, raced bicycles for 20 years, and owned “BicycleChef Bicycles” before starting the present project. He is married with 2 children.

Jennifer Davis-Murai is from Sacramento and presently co-owner of House of Fashion in Sacramento, CA., a 55year old family owned business started by her grandmother. Jennifer studied at UCSD and has been running the family business for the past 15 years. Jennifer has been voted, “Best Female Business Owner” by the Sacramento Asian Chamber of Commerce in 2008. Presently, Jennifer resides with her husband Christopher and her two children.

Venessa Ozcan is from Sacramento and is an Air Force veteran. Venessa has been working in purchasing and accounting for the past 15 years. These positions have varied from contracting to retail and restaurant businesses. She will be an active owner operator overseeing the books and everyday operations. Venessa resides in Folsom, CA.

Jim Hallock, is an international businessman with a focus on supply chain and operations management. He has lived and worked in Latin America for about half his business and professional life. He has a BA in International Studies and an MBA. He currently resides in the Atlanta Georgia area with his wife Kacie and his 3 daughters Kenzie, Krimson and Kyndall.
