The Tailor Made Spirits Company is a boutique Australian spirits company. The West Winds Gin “The Cutlass” and “The Sabre” were launched in 2011. The Cutlass, a super-premium gin, was awarded Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco International Spirits Competition in 2011 and 2013, placing it in the top 5 gins globally. Available in over 600 bars, clubs and restaurants Australia, the gins are also being exported to NZ, Canada and Singapore.

Paul Andrew WhiteManaging DirectorPaul White (Managing Director) has an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT). Paul has significant experience both in working with startups as well as large businesses based in Australia and in the United States.
Paul’s prior experience includes several years at IBM, Anderson Consulting and Deloitte & Touche.
Paul is also the Chief Distiller of The West Winds Gins. -
James ClarkeMarketing DirectorJames Clarke completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia and spent three years working with Chartered Accounting firms before embarking on a career in the wine industry, working across a range of domestic and export sales, marketing and strategic planning roles.
James has managed annual sales and marketing strategies including both brand and individual product launches and the development of key export markets. -
Jason ChanProduct Development ManagerJason Chan is responsible for product design and industry training. Jason has 20 years experience in sales and in the on-premise liquor industry. Jason was the winner of the 42 Below Vodka World Cocktail Championship in 2005.

Jeremy SpencerSales DirectorJeremy Spencer was on the launch team of Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum with Brown Forman (Jack Daniels). Prior to this he was Food & Beverage Director at Australia’s largest resort, Rydges Reef in Port Douglas. A graduate of F&B management traineeship he has also worked in and run several of Australia’s most acclaimed cocktail bars.
