Kerry prides himself in being able to surround himself with a great team of experts in their respective fields.

Gary will serve as the Executive Chef and will be responsible for the management of the food & beverage side of the business. Gary is currently the Executive Chef at Sugarloaf and brings over 30 yrs of experience of opening, managing and operating a restaurant. Gary's duties will be inventory control, kitchen operations and management. Gary's vast experience will allow Kerry Audet to focus on the management of the bowling, golf and arcade.
