  • Itai Nemovicher
    President and CEO

    During over nine years in medical device sales, Mr. Nemovicher has witnessed an ever growing, and now huge, disconnect between increasing implant costs and hospital reimbursement. In Aug 2010, he co-founded OIC where he brings passion and commitment to the cause of reversing the wave of rising implant costs. Mr. Nemovicher gained much of his medical implant experience at Smith & Nephew Orthpaedics, a $3B medical device company.

  • Peter Althausen
    Chairman and Treasurer

    Dr. Althausen received his medical degree and MBA from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. His orthopaedic residency was completed at the University of California Davis Medical Center. After residency, Dr Althausen completed a fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been practicing at the Reno Orthopaedic Clinic since 2005.

  • Timothy Bray
    Managing Director

    Dr. Bray was educated at the University of California, Irvine, San Diego and San Francisco. He completed an Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship at the University of California Davis Medical Center and joined the full time Davis faculty for 6 years prior to joining the Reno Orthopaedic Clinic in 1987. He was Director of Orthopaedic Trauma at University of California at Davis (UCD) from 1983 to 1987. In 2010, Dr. Bray served as President of the OTA.

  • James Lynch
    Managing Director

    Dr. James Lynch is a board-certified spinal neurosurgeon with 20 years of experience, He earned his medical degree from Trinity College in Ireland, followed by a residency at the Mayo Clinic. He went on to complete a spine fellowship at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queens Square, London, UK, followed by a spine fellowship at Mayo Clinic and an additional spine fellowship at the Barrow Neurological Institute

  • Dan Dodd
    Vice President of Operations

    Dan Dodd has 20 years of experience across supply chain management, consulting, and turn-around roles in Fortune 50 and startups companies including Accellent, TranS1, Synvasive, Cooper Industries, and Bell Labs. Mr. Dodd has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University and dual MBA/ME in Manufacturing from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
