Land has been optioned, avian and other fatal flaw studies undertaken and further funding (EIS) of £1.5Mn is sought to complete development and consent the scheme. Exit will be by sale post consent. The Council is the consenting authority and wishes to invest in the built wind farm, worth circa £40Mn.
