Dr. Tang Van Khanh is the CEO of OCD, co-founder and COO of OMT. He is experienced consultant in management, entrepreneur and has over 6 years of experience running a successful consulting firm (OCD).

Dr. Khanh holds an MBA from Boise State University (Idaho) and a PhD in Economics with the NEU, Vietnam. He is a certified Master Trainer in Online Teaching from University of Illinois and an IFC certified trainer in Corporate Governance.

Ms. Phuong is OMT co-founder and Lead Trainer. Ms. Phuong has over 20 years of work and consulting experience and is recognized management consultant and trainer in the area of HRM, strategic management, especially in corporate training program development.
