Joe's sports career began in Ohio and took him to the University of Notre Dame where he co-captained the 1985 football team. After college, Joe continued his football career as a professional in the USFL with the Jacksonville Bulls. After football, Joe enjoyed a 20 year career in Financial Services rising to the position of Executive Vice President and led the Wealth Management Division of several large institutions.

Chris started playing baseball at the age of five and continued team sports through high school, playing football, basketball and baseball. He also was a member of the football team at Lafayette College. Chris is still involved in sports in a variety ways from pick-up basketball games to watching his children play a variety of sports. Professionally, Chris' background consists of investment banking, consulting and operational/financial roles

Gerald began his football career at Orlando, Florida and continued his career in football at the University of Michigan and ultimately into the NFL where he played with the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins. Prior to joining the NAA, Gerald founded Gerald White International, LLC, a marketing and events management company, and is the managing partner of LudaJuice, Inc.
