Dan grew up at Ogilvy and helped create OgilvyEarth, Ogilvy’s sustainability marketing practice. He helped grow OgilvyEarth into a global practice with 26 offices. Dan's purpose-driven approach extends beyond the office, including helping to develop fund raising platforms with The American Cancer Society during the NYC Marathon and consulting on food & wine experiences for The James Beard Organization and local NYC supper club

Matt is a technical generalist with experience in front-end and back-end systems, data analytics, team building, and agile development. He has been doing development work for over 15 years. His recent experience at a larger startup exposed him to many aspects of a startup environment and inspired him to seek co-founders for his next opportunity.

Matt joined the Mutual following a career in investment banking. While he enjoyed the financial analysis, sales aspects of deal-making and the challenging, solutions-based nature of investment banking, Matt left Wall Street to be part of an enterprise he believes in (and where he could have more fun). Prior to joining the Mutual, Matt worked for Nomura Securities and before that at Oppenheimer & Co. assisting growth companies raise capital.

Ron is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School and was recently appointed Deputy Commissioner for recycling and sustainability in NYC by the Bloomberg administration
