    Elijah earned a bachelors degree in Middle Childhood Education from Youngstown State University. The ideas for The Learning Egg, LLC were conceived while teaching 7th/8th grade math. Elijah desired to give students more timely feedback to either re-teach or move on. It was then the elements of the Lightning Grader were visualized. Elijah has also managed real estate and worked in the church as the Director of Christian Education and Discipleship.

    Earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University and had a long and successful career as a design engineer for Delphi for 30 years his tenure, Bob held various positions including 17 years as a product design engineer. At Delphi, Bob was awarded 7 U.S. Design Patents. Bob successfully launched two successful business ventures as the sole owner, and in 2007, Bob founded Via680, which is still a portfolio company of YBI.

    Lead Developer Image Processing and Technical Lead

    Founded a consultancy group after receiving a Ph.D. in Electrical Computer Engineering in 2004 to take on machine learning and image processing projects with the goal to increase the scope and complexity of projects, further expand the group, and develop new ventures in these specialized fields. Past image processing projects were related to optical character recognition, augmented reality, document processing, motion tracking, and text sentiment

    Lead Programmer and Project Manager

    Software Developer with broad experience in process automation. Proficient with database-driven programming and web-based presentation. Successful in eliminating paper tracking systems resulting in increased system efficiency, reduced employee workload and higher customer satisfaction.

    Extensive sales and management experience in the education sector. Successful in building and managing territories through many relationships both from a product standpoint and with administration and teachers in schools.
