Laura Theodore is a TV and radio host, vegan chef, author and award-winning jazz singer. She is the creator of the Jazzy Vegetarian and author of Jazzy Vegetarian: Lively Vegan Cuisine Made Easy and Delicious. Laura is on-camera host of the Jazzy Vegetarian Television Series on PBS and hosts Jazzy Vegetarian Radio. Laura has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS, USA and has been profiled in the NY Times, USA Today, NY Daily News, NY Post, People and Time.

Eric is a well respected start up food industry executive and former owner/COO of Greenfield Healthy Foods which was sold to Campbell Soup. Prior to his start up successes with Greenfield and Promotion Information Bureau (which was sold to ACNielsen), Eric climbed the Fortune 500 ladder with Bristol-Myers and Tambrands. As President of the Aspetuck Marketing Group, he advises middle market companies on infrastructure and business development.

Peter is a TV production executive, director, editor, writer, and multimedia entrepreneur. He began his career when singer Michael Bolton recruited him into his production company at 16 years old. Consistently working alongside Peabody and Emmy Award-winners, he is a member of the DGA and has worked with Martha Stewart, CBS, E!, Lifetime, and others. An avid cook and vegan, Peter aims to build media properties that make a difference for others.

John is an entrepreneur with a distinguished history in corporate America. He is also an author of six books. He provided the seed capital for Greenfield Healthy Foods which grew to over $50M from start up with distribution in 67,000 stores and was sold to Campbell Soup. He worked with President Bush 41 and Colin Powell on major projects and owns a successful marketing company.

While in the corporate world, Peter was CEO or President of eleven companies/divisions, ranging in sales from $65 million to $6 billion. During most of his career, Peter has been involved with turn-around situations or situations where structural change was taking place within an industry. Peter is the former President of Life Savers and Chairman & CEO of Nabisco Biscuit Co.

Charles is the former President of Campbell Soup Sales Company, President of Pepperidge Farm, owner/President/CEO of Tetley Tea and COO of Hasbro Interactive (subsidiary of Hasbro Toy Co.). He is considered an expert in both acquisitions and exit strategies having negotiated the purchase and sale of several major firms throughout his career at the Campbell Soup Company.

Dr. Popper is the author of several books and serves on the Steering Committee for the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine in Washington D.C. Pam is also the founder and Executive Director of the Wellness Forum which offers educational programs designed to assist and educate health care professionals about how to use diet and lifestyle to prevent, reverse and stop the progression of degenerative disease.

Andy is an award winning Senior Producer and Post-Production Supervisor. He has been in broadcast and film production for over 15 years. Andy was Audio Post Supervisor at NBC/Universal for seven years, responsible for the delivery of hundred's of hours of long and short form broadcast television. His expertise includes development and management of original content and broadcast production, along with post-production supervision.
