EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Ice Cream Bar, Inc. has developed a plan to launch Blend’s® Liquor Ice Creams into the Japanese market using Market Makers, Tokyo as our agent with a grant from Food Export-Midwest to promote retail sales. ICB has established production at Luke’s Ice Cream, Florida for product samples for the Japanese and US sell-in. ICB will use Safeway’s Ice Cream production plant in Belleve, WA for co-packing.
