Robert Honablue's career as an audio engineer began in 1968 with CBS records. Over the last few decades he has also worked for Motown, Sony, and CTI. Robert has freelanced for many high profile artists. In 2006 Robert began the process of establishing THI and has been dedicated to passing on his experience to budding audio engineers.

With 10 plus years of experience in the administrative side of the audio engineering business. Natalya tackles issues such as developing internet marketing strategies, graphic design, account management, and social media outreach.

A musician and engineer who holds a B.A. in Music Media (magna cum laude) from Capital University. Bob’s 15 plus years professional experience include positions as engineer, musical director, musician, low voltage electrician, and in music retailing. He specializes in digital technology for music production and signal flow for electronic systems.
