    Paul has over 13 years of exp in the restaurant industry, with over 8 of which in supervisory roles. He most recently served as Dir of Food & Beverage for the McWane Science Center in Birmingham Alabama for 3 years. While there, he revamped & branded the catering program into the Elements of Taste at McWane Science Center, and served as their Executive Chef. Paul is a self taught chef centering on Latin, Tex-Mex, & Gastro-Comfort Fusion cuisine.
