With Lana’s experience in cost accounting and financial analysis combined with her passion for wine and food gives her the right set of tools needed to make The Great Escape Wine Bar a financial success for years to come.

Nina Varnava has a background in small business management and customer service. Nina has successfully planned and opened her parents’ dental office in April 2002. She has been managing the dental office since the opening in 2002. Nina has vast experience in customer service and small business management. Her experience with great customer service and small business management will position The Great Escape Wine Bar as the place to go.

George Mujikov has a Culinary Arts degree from the California Culinary Academy. George has over 7 years experience as an executive Chef and has worked in many renowned restaurants. George has the experience in running the day to day operations in well-known restaurants. George has been running his own successful catering company since 2009. With George’s experience our wine Bar will feature an amazing menu and an exceptionally run kitchen.
