Company Summary

We are raising the bar on gluten-free foods. The Gluten Free Bistro provides foods that celiac and gluten intolerant individuals have been craving, to satisfy their palates and promote their health. We have found that most gluten-free packaged foods lack: flavor, texture, quality, and nutritious ingredients. So, we created gluten-free foods that use the highest quality ingredients that are GMO-Free, and nutrient dense and delicious.

    In Jan 2009, Kelly was laid off from work and began working on finding the right ingredients to create an amazing gluten-free pizza crust that was not made solely of starch and processed flours. The business was founded with $600 in the middle of the “Great Recession” and every crust was hand rolled by the owners. Now, these delicious products can be found in grocery stores and restaurants in 21 states and growing.

    Julie holds a Master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She has been involved in the field of nutrition for twenty years. She worked for years in research and development for a professional line of nutrition supplements. The Gluten Free Bistro is the culmination of years of nutrition experience & living gluten-free combined with a genuine desire to provide a nutritious product for gluten-free consumers.

    Barb has spent her lifetime in sports & nutrition, and is dedicated to helping others pursue a healthy lifestyle. Eight years ago, she started a career in the supplement industry, where she has educated holistic practitioners by using foods & supplements to treat a variety of health conditions.
    She believes that providing healthy gluten-free products is a great way to help those who are gluten-free.
