Rick (67% owners), the originator of the Rutz concept and co-developer of Everest, is a 30-year, career health care analyst and founder of Equation Consulting, a $6million Salt Lake City consulting firm. Rick sold Equation to the junior partners at the beginning of 2013 and remains working in consulting. Rick has owned or operated many small businesses including 3 startups. He has worked on the Rutz concepts for 30 years.

Stan PortnyVice President
Stan Portny (33% owner), graduate of MIT and co-developer of Everest, is a career project management expert and author of Project Management for Dummies. Stan continues to write and provide project management consulting. Stan has been an entrepreneur for 30 years and became familiar with Rutz concepts working with Rick on an organizational performance project.

Nick, is TESI's first employee and in charge of the application's look, feel, and functioning. Nick also heads TESI's marketing efforts. Nick comes for a long family history in small business and brings a contemporary approach to Rutz.
