Company Summary
CWRE is a renewable-energy business. Our first project was for 3MW of wind power in India in 2008 which has grown to 4.5MW, owned by our charity shareholder. Our new project is for 25.2 MW, again in Tamil Nadu, India, which will be co-owned by the charity and impact investors. Our business helps to avoid CO2 and generates funding for sustainable, long-term projects that address social and environmental challenges in India and elsewhere.

Head of Commercial Operations and Finance, India with 38 years’ experience, including 22 years in Banking. He has had 11 years with India’s only wind independent power producer, as head of operations covering financial, administrative, technical and operational management of wind power installations. He has been key to the successful deployment of wind power projects across southern states, from concept to commissioning.

Finance Director, UK. Ed joined in 2013; he is a chartered accountant who trained with KPMG and has a number of years experience with commercial property. In his previous role Ed was Finance Director of Knightstone Housing, a large organisation in the affordable housing sector.
