Company Summary

We are looking to open a much needed service to families in Lower Manhattan. We would like to build a community preschool for children ages 1-5 and an afterschool program for 4-8. We have a business plan, early childhood educated teachers,director and experience to begin immediately. Offering a clean, safe place for children and families and teach/encourage our new generation of children the opportunity to be successful members of our society.

    As a preschool manager in the West Village for 5+ years. I have single-handedly run all scheduling, public relations, website development, HR, payroll duties, liaison between families, teachers. Also, acting as the head of admissions at my current school, I have doubled enrollment and have successfully managed to sell out every program. Having to turn away families, I realized the greater need. I have a private website available for view.

    Originally a native New Yorker, Tejal attended Simmons College in Boston earning a Bachelor Degree in Psychology focusing on Early Childhood Development. Tejal began her teaching career for non-profit literacy based schools in Brooklyn.
    Tejal has been teaching in lower Manhattan for the past three years and passionately dedicates herself providing a warm, enriching and creative learning environment.
