Company Summary

We will capitalize on two key trends that are growing rapidly in cities across the Midwest: craft brewing and farm-to-table restaurants. We will offer 5-7 hand-crafted beers brewed on-site coupled with a seasonal, rotating menu of high-quality and simple ingredients. We will build and promote relationships with local growers as we focus on sustainable and fresh food. The project will be located at an new mixed-use development downtown.
