Ray went on to become a Day Trader and Instructor until 2006, when he launched another venture, Downtown Collective (DTC) & Ironworks Collective, which he managed and operated from 2006 until 2013. As owner, he managed a staff of 50, and generated sales of approximately $17MM. His experience in sales, marketing and business brings a tremendous amount of experience
