The Unknown Cook is mobile restaurant theme that aims to bring ribs to our community with different flavors much like we find with the much beloved wing dishes. We are confident that this type twist on ribs will become a phenomenon in our area.

The Unknown Cook will be based in beautiful Hanahan, South Carolina just outside of Charleston. We will make our products available to a wider audience by being a mobile operation.
