I am an entrepreneurial manager with 10 years of international experience in marketing and sales. Prior to joining Next Industries, 5 years ago, I co-founded two companies and got a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. After earning bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, I landed a different strategic role in a consulting firm specializing in ICT, Industrial automation and instrument.

I like M&A, ECM, Controlling and Accounting and also jobs referred to Business Administration. I'm good planner regarding activities and I'm really target oriented. Even in Business Analytics, Financial modelling and ERP deployment I'm always business-oriented. Continuous improvement and learning and team-building are my engines. Changes are a challenge that creates new motivations for me.

Thanks to my previous experience of employee and then self-employed worker, I've a remarkable know-how about the launch of new products on the market and the expansion of the sales network. Current tasks:
- Selection of potential new foreign markets and development of more effective strategies for the entry and consolidation of the company's presence in the identified countries.
