Solar energy is perceived as a rare, expensive, great scale and difficult to handle technology that only is used by revolutionary scientist and engineers. While people keeps having the idea that governments must connect them to electrical system based in no renewable sources such as gas, coal, hydric or oil; energy rates will always be raising; but as there are few suppliers in alternative energy sources, people of course will stay in the current system, making costs of life higher, frustrating them for being obligated to stay in the same company.

Insight:

Industries, business and specially people are realizing everyday how clean energy technologies are important for the planet, how each one of us are contaminating the planet by using existing energy sources and how is life becoming more and more expensive as current energy source´s prices raise. Almost everyone considers today that we must be connected to an electrical system in order to obtain power for our houses, business or industries, being attached to supplier´s price changes. What we believe is that we all can produce our own energy by ourselves.Many people has never suffered a tragedy like a hurricane or a mayor disaster were they had to experience a mayor black out. There is poor or almost inexistent publicity in media concerning clear energy sources, therefore must people have heard a little or have not heard at all about this kind of technology.
Renewable energy technologies such as solar photo voltaic, have existed for long time and there are producers of solar energy panels and suppliers of solar energy around the world. We would not say they haven´t successfully addressed, instead we would say that it’s a technology that requires to explain thoughtfully its benefits and installation process to customers who already have a current solution for energy, then probably takes time to them to make a decision.

Value Proposition

In Colombia, the country we come from, we will rent customer´s roofs or free spaces they have in order to install 230 Watts solar photo voltaic panels (PV solar panels) each set of 25 panels, we pay our customers a rent for their space and we keep the energy they produce, selling it to the energy market. Second, if someone wants to purchase the entire solar panel system, we install it charging for the panels and installation.

We will offer a great deal of USD 30 per square meter a month paid for space in your roof or free space you have at your house or business, so we can install our solar pv panels. If they buy the set, eventough is an expensive device, they will see savings on their energy bills after few years.
