Water treatment is a big market with 20 million residential & millions more commercial water softeners installed in the US. 1 million residential and 80,000 more commercial softeners sold annually. Softener salt creates a big problem for wastewater treatment. This, in turn, creates a multi-billion dollar market for salt source control products & services. The-Salt-Miner provides source control while consumers continue to enjoy softwater.

Past BOD member of the water softening trade assn. the Water Quality Assn. & served as chair of Government Affairs Committee. Also on BOD & past president of the Pacific WQA (CA) & AZ WQA.

    Over 10 years experience in contract manufacturing at FLEX & Jabil helping a range of customers design products that are manufacturable, reliable & serviceable working with some of the biggest tech companies, a maker of VERY sophisticated robots & a vaping device – among others. Masters degree in Business Administration.

    Engineer

    Over 15 years experience in water & wastewater engineering. Holds the patent for the technology employed in The Salt Miner as well as another patent in salt reduction technology. TSM has an exclusive, world-wide license to practice the patent.

    CFO

    Former EVP & CFO of USFilter where annual revenues increased from approximately $25 million to nearly $4.5 billion and employees grew from 200 to over 30,000 worldwide thru 300 acquisitions as USFilter raised $500 million in equity & debt totaling $1.5 billion.

    Prior to USFilter audit partner with KMPG Peat Marwick & holds a bachelor's in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

    Currently Special Counsel at Eversheds Sutherland law firm. More than 20 years of legal, financial, and operational experience advising U.S. and international companies, private equity funds and technology companies. Recently served as EVP, & Chief Legal Officer for Heckmann Corporation & prior to that at USFilter Alcoa Inc. USFilter completed more than 150 acquisitions thru the issuance of public & private debt, equity and hybrid securities.
