The Ruby Deluxe is soon to be a great addition to downtown Raleigh's busiest street. Tim Novinski combines his 18 years experience and consulting investors that own 4 thriving pubs in the area to create Raleigh's newest and much needed local's dive bar. The Ruby Deluxe is currently under lease and in the permitting stage of construction towards a May 2015 opening. We are seeking investors to help speed up this process.

    18 years working and managing bars and restaurants most of which in the Raleigh area. Currently the owner of a screenprinting shop and 2 artist cooperative studio warehouses, a bartender and pig owner.

    Consulting owner

    Currently the owner of downtown Raleigh's oldest and very successful bar and music venue, Slim's. Van has over 30 years owning 8 bars in the area!
