Company Summary

My idea is to have a food truck that serves typical Colombian snacks, simple but yet delicious recipes. I would like to start small with selling just one item which would the Pandebonos which are a family recipe. As I test the market I would add a few more items to the menu, keeping the menu right about 6 items.
