Previously, Christina was a Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, served on the Western Hemisphere Board of International Planned Parenthood, participated in The United Nations Commission for the Status of Women, and lectured at Columbia University. She holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, a Masters in International and Political Affairs from Columbia University, and Doctoral Coursework in Ethics at Princeton University.

Lee is a Licensed Veterinary Technician, a Registered Laboratory Animal Technologist, and an Educator with over 20 years in the Radiation Oncology department at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine. She holds a BFA from Tulane University and an AS cum laude from Harcum College in Veterinary Technology. Lee also served as a founding board member of SLAVT (Society of Laboratory Animal Veterinary Technicians).

Franca is a medical researcher and manager with more than 10 years experience in R&D in the U.S and Latin America. She has deep expertise in product development and support as well as designing and conducting pre-clinical and clinical studies. Franca has authored several pre-clinical and clinical protocols (IACUC/IRB), grants (intra-mural and extra-mural), and regulatory documents.

Dr. Tolwani holds a doctorate of veterinary medicine from Auburn University. After two years in private practice he turned to research, completing a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular pathology and postdoc residency in laboratory animal/comparative medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Dr. Tolwani later earned a master of science in management degree, a mid-career M.B.A. equivalent, at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Benjamin Lewis VMD MBA Candidate from Penn Vet/Wharton is a co-founder of The One Health Company. Prior to One Health, Ben served as the CEO of 4Vets, Brazil's premiere B2B distributor of animal health products. Additionally, Ben competed in the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece and served as the Team Boat Captain for the USA. Ben brings his passion for animals and his refusal to accept inefficiency to The One Health Team
