I am looking to open a cafe/catering company/community kitchen in Angus Ontario. The cafe willl serve fresh, local freshly cooked food. I will have a rotating menu. I will serve Canadian food, Native dishes as well as a dish from a selecct country. The catering company is a an extension of the resturant and will serve Essa township, Barrie and surrounding areas.
