Daniel currently serves as the CFO for the Coolfire Family of Companies. There he oversees Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, IT, Tax & Audit. His experience includes Media & Entertainment (Coolfire Studios), Mobile Software (Coolfire Solutions), Healthcare (MedAware Solutions) and now Spirits (LHM). In his role he has been responsible for raising in excess of $10MM of Equity for the various Coolfire Companies.

Monsell has 25 plus years of Spirits Industry As the Bacardi VP & Brand Managing Director he managed all aspects of strategy and execution for a portfolio with $500M in annual sales. While There he stewarded Grey Goose Vodka into the portfolio and led the brand to its status as the #1 vodka in the world. Additionally Monsell developed the Turi vodka brand, launched the bacardi flavored Rum proudcts and the Martini & Rossi Prosecco Brand

Mike spent 32 years at Bacardi USA Inc. where he managed sales territories and held the positions of VP of Strategic Planning, VP of Control States and VP of Strategic Alliances

David has worked in the Wine and Spirit's industry for 35 years, 32 of those years with Bacardi USA. A native of Minnesota, David began his career with Bacardi in1979 after his graduation form the College of St Thomas, St Paul, MN. During his time with Bacardi David served as Vice President Managing Sales Director for the Midwest and Central Division's, and finally VP MSD for the Southern Wine and Spirits Customer Business Unit.
