I am looking for £150,000 to start up my company. We shall use your investment to buy repossessed or poor condition property's and renovate them to a high standard. We will then sell the property's for a profit.
Our plan is to perform arround 80% of the actual work needed ourselfs thus minimising cost. We aim to buy and sell 3-5 property's in the first year. If we can make £10k-£30k a property thats 20%-40% profit on initial investment.
