The concept of the Great White Brewery is to build a venue that captures the look of a shark. The building will be just as much a part of the whole brand as the beer. We plan to offer a range of beers with names based on different types of sharks such as the Tiger, Mako, Wobblegon etc. With the Pinnacles so close we have the opportunity to leverage instant tourism opportunities of local tour buses.
