  • Blair's background as a Senior Equity Research Associate at Robert Baird equips her with robust research and analytical skills, as well as deep market knowledge of the education industry, which she covered. In 2015, Blair received the NewDay Entrepreneurship Award and the Leap Innovations Award, which funded the launch of TGN. Blair was named a Zell Fellow, a Camelback Ventures Fellow, and one of Poets & Quants 100 Best and Brightest MBAs.

  • Karl is a technology leader with expertise in early-stage and venture-backed education technology startups, leading technology teams from MVP to the multi-million user mark. He most recently served as the Head of Engineering at Packback, where he led a team of engineers writing software in PHP, Javascript, and Python. Karl excels in building teams and software in a way that scales while keeping solutions lean.
