Mike has spent a lifetime in sales and business ownership including, owning and managing numerous companies from home building to the food and beverage business. In the bar business Mike has been a bartender, club manager and club owner.

Hunter is Mike's son, he will be in charge of customer relations along with assisting in day to day operations of the club. Hunter will also serve as our HD Simulator IT manager and in charge of simulator training. Hunter is an avid and quite accomplished golfer along with bringing 15 years of gaming experience to our staff.

Renee has spent many years working in some of the finest restaurants and clubs including New Orleans largest casinos as both bartender and restaurant and bar manager. Renée Soulié brings not only decades of Event Planning and F&B background but 30 years of investment banking experience to this endeavor.

Jay Winer has more than 30 years of marketing, branding, and corporate-communications experience at companies like J. Walter Thompson, IBM, and The Economist. He is an accomplished producer of advertising, promotional material, publications, and presentations, in both print and digital media.
