My goal is to establish operations within the next 9 months, beginning with a minimum of 10 clients, each receiving at least 20 billable hours of service. I plan to employ approximately5 staff members initially and intend to pursue partnerships with the VA, Medicaid, and Medicare to provide care for the aging population.I plan to collaborate with A-state through consulting partnerships to support workforce development and recruitment initiatives.
