Our product is a nylon/spandex band with six pockets going all the way around where thin and disposable warmers are inserted. The combination of pressure and heat helps to alleviate period cramp pain. The heat lasts 8-10 hours so it can be worn all day. We currently sell our product through our website. The initial purchase includes the band and 12 warmers. After that, the warmers are re-ordered monthly on subscription or are purchased as needed.
