An organizational psychologist, he has expertise in business process management, human performance management, and the application of technology to improve performance. Recently completed design and build out of a RAS system that will produce six million stripe bass per year, will near zero discharge. Developed operational procedures directed and controlled all aspect of operation: budget, marketing, production, personal management, and vendor negotiations.
