An organizational psychologist, he has expertise in business process management, human performance management, and the application of technology to improve performance. He is also experienced in measurement and evaluation, technical training and performance feedback.

Linda Yahr is an experience financial manager with both private and public sector experience. In addition she has in-depth small business management expertise and is president of Microventure support a non profit specializing is small and medium business development.

Mr Gafford is an experienced manager with in depth knowledge of all growth operations including, design, construction and development. Recently completed design and build out of a RAS system that will produce six million stripe bass per year, will near zero discharge. Developed operational procedures directed and controlled all aspect of operation: budget, marketing, production, personal management, and vendor negotiations.

Biologist and Engineer, a designer, builder, and manager of multiple growing facilities, she is an expert in aquaponics and control systems. Ms Koustubhan has in depth experience in the management and operation of multiple growing facilities. Punita holds a Masters Degree in Sustainable Development from Virginia Technical University.

Mr Taylor holds an equity position in Taylor Oyster Farms. He has experience in financial management and business operations. In addition he has both aquaponics and aquaculture experience. Thomas Taylor's family has been in the farming business for several generations. He is also a former executive level manager with the F.D.I.C.

Ms Brookins is an experienced public sector manager having worked in senior management positions with the United States government. In particular the Department of Agriculture and other agencies.

Ms Faulkner has over 25 years of organizational management in a wide variety of for profit and non profit roles.

Ms Braithwaite a senior policy analyst in financial services, international foreign exchange and web based communications. Jane is also a web designer for the Family Fish Farms Network website and responsible for overall social media policy.
