In 2017, my partner and I bought a beautiful 1890s Victorian home In Andes, NY. We are native New Yorkers and have been renting our home on Airbnb since purchasing the home. It has generated $2000-$4000 a month and we know that by converting into a Bed & Breakdast we can quadrupole the revenue. We want this to be the ultimate city escape.
