  • CMO and Co-Founder

    An industry leader in acquisition marketing. Created the LifeLock CEO Social Security campaign. Awarded the “Best Short Form Branded DRTV Commercial” in 2012 and 2013 by the Electronics Retailing Association for his work at LifeLock. Started and oversees the marketing of a sports nutrition company called Xendurance. Instrumental in growing the revenue at NASM and AFAA by 400% in four years. Holds a BS in Broadcasting from ASU.

  • CEO and Co-Founder

    Thirty plus years of corporate and start-up company experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Past positions at I.B.M., American Hospital Supply Corporation and CIGNA. Start-up and co-founding specialist serving as CEO of Apriva, co-founding NetSearch (acquired by Aether Systems), and co-founding iTool (acquired by Onvia). Earned a BS in Management from ASU and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

    VP, Strategy and Development

    Twenty plus years with leading international network marketing/advertising agencies. International client portfolio includes Toshiba, Fujitsu, Siemens, Mars, Boehringer, GlaxoSmithKline, and Reckitt Benckiser. Directed new product launches and introduced the use of neuromarketing in advertising. Winner of the global ATTICUS Award, 12 MLP awards and 2 EFFIES. BS in Communication from Westminster and a Masters in Marketing from Webster University.

  • Richard Spinella
    VP, Strategic Partnerships and Sales

    Thirty plus years of sales and business development primarily in the technology industry. At IBM, sold mid-sized computers in territories that included commercial, state, local and federal government. Held positions in the technology distribution channel developing new and innovative programs. At Apriva, lead the development of new business opportunities focused on the federal government. Richard has as a BS in Business from ASU.

  • Learning Architect

    For short-term privacy reasons, our Learning Architect’s identity needs to be confidential. They have proven experience designing, developing and implementing online learning solutions for all types of learners and organizations. They hold a BS in Business Marketing and Media Arts from the University of Montana as well as graduate degrees in Education, Business Administration, and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
