The DMV Group utilizes it minority certifications and designations to secure contracts with mandatory participation requirements. We then use proven contractors, as mentors to work along with our crews as we increase capacity. We also work with other contractors in a consulting capacity to help them secure contracts for a percentage of the gross profit, usually 15-50%.
