    With 15+ yrs experience in change management, I have held senior roles responsible for design and execution of large change initiatives for start-ups, retail distribution companies, and most recently at Russell Investments.

    As a Future of Work consultant, I'm a highly trusted partner on the impact of design ,flexibility, and increasing change in the workplace.

    Education: MA degree in Organizational Development from Seattle University

    With 15+ yrs experience helping organizations align talent with business strategy, I have a strong understanding of how people work and how to optimize performance.

    I have held senior roles at both Mercer Consulting and Russell Investments and managed large, complex projects across multiple industries on issues of talent strategy, performance management, and organization effectiveness.

    Education: BA in International Business.
